See who's calling

I received call from this number. I didn't answer but called and it said number not in service. I don't know how they do this but it happens a lot. There is just no security at all anywhere. Even if u r on do not call list it doesn't work. It has gotten out of hand all the way around. At this pt you say one word they can record your voice and use it for anything.
