Free caller ID

Guy said he was calling from American Income Life, About a form I filled out for car seat safety kit. I asked him when I filled out this form because I don’t remember doing that and he said it was from 2019. I told him I wasn’t interested and that I don’t remember filling anything out, Not to mention it’s been at least a year and a half. He got pretty defensive and told me he can’t control if other people keep calling me and then he hung up on me.
