Just discovered that i was charged £69. 62, By virgin because they said this number called my house line on Oct 13, I disputed this because i had no phone/internet for the week prior and 2 weeks after, Despite numerous Engineer visits. The long and short of it is i have to pay £100 to have an engineer visit my house to confirm i didn't make the call, If the Engineer agrees that i didn't make the call then they will refund the call cost and the £100 call out fee. GRRRRR

Charged £51. 32 for a call to this number that I never made. Spoke to BT and they say they can't do anything about it even though they make money from these so called Service calls. It is a disgrace.
