Caution
I called utilita for my neighbour on their 0800 number. When I got my phone bill I had been charged over £16 for calling 09015456854, but I hadn't, no such number on my call log. Called phone company, they said some scammers have you call one number and switch the call their end auto forwarding to a premium number. They gave me the link to the PSA to complain, they will only take action if enough people complain, I have, here is the link.. Psauthority. Org. Uk I feel this is outright fraud.
