Charged £8 showed up on bill but not in call log. Not called this number

I have never called this number, Whilst it states that I have called it, Which has costed me £20.

I’ve been charged £37 for 3 calls to this number - it appears they’re an insurance company - I don’t recall calling them but they may have been a holiday insurance company and they definitely didn’t advise how much they were charging - this really needs to change!!

Apparently I’ve called this number 3 times and it’s cost me £80, I don’t have a recollection as my phone past calls doesn’t go back to 21 April 2019
