Stop spam calls

Called Sky re broadband had no idea about the charges was shocked when got phone bill. Sky should email customers and warn them!

Called about poor connection. Was kept on phone for 55 mins and ended up with £30 phone bill.

Obviously a scam, Which I have reported to Sky and will now report to my mobile phone operator and the Phone Services Authority.

This number goes to SKY and it's scam. Was charged almost £ 1000 for 54 minutes. Used a Norwegian phone.

I asked for Customer Service and got the above but I cannot access it because neither my mobile or landline phones will accept 09 numbers. This is not at all satisfactory.

Like everyone else, Google threw this at me. As soon as they mentioned the £6. 00 per minute charge I hung up. This should be illegal. £6. 50 for 11 seconds.

I did not make this call! £5. 54 plus vat for God knows what! I will be disputing this charge, Mark my words.

Got charged £6. 35 for a 12 second call!

RSame here, Googled a sky helpline, Came up with this, Then charged £6. 15 for a very short call - they do warn you are going to be charged so I hung up immediately but it was too late.

Charged£16 for 15 min and 5 second call

Total rip off. Issue with sky service kept on line while the looked into it charged £24. 83

I was charged £11 +VAT. Who is this scam number?

Beware of this number!! I got this number from the internet to contact Sky, Was on it for 45 seconds and was charged £6. 15. I queried this with Sky today, They wouldn’t engage with me about it just told me to look it up online. I never call Sky now unless the no starts with 033.

I wanted to contact sky and this number came up when I got my bill I was on the phone for 58 minutes and I've been charged £31. 71. Got myself a good deal with sky and then this I'm gutted!
