I pay for 1 sec call 6£ and because it’s close the call I try again and I speak with the robot 2 min and I pay again 6 £. And on the final it’s not solved the problem

I was charged £5. 45 for a 11 second call. I thought I was making an enquiry to Hermes, As they pose as customer service for this company. The warning of their charges is useless at the start of the call, As you are already charged.

DONT EVER RING OR ANSWER THIS NUMBER!! I rang this number for help during lockdown to locate my Hermes parcel and I was listening to the recordered message when it told me these calls are charged at £6. 49 per minute so I put the phone down. It's was 21s and I was charged so it's not a prewarning. Scam Hermes need to intersept as it's tarneshing their name

Tried contacting my Hermes. It was closed, Call lasted 8 seconds and the phone call charge was a whopping £5. 45

Called for 5 seconds and been it's now cost me £5.

Was on the phone for less than 20 seconds and charged £6. 59 for the privelege.

Tried to find out where my missing parcel was & this number was only one available after trying to find on their website which only provide a ‘robot’ answering service. Didn’t even wait until this number had picked up my call but still gig charged £5. 45 -absolutely ridiculous

Be careful. They charge £6. 50 a minute don't call and don't answer on that number

Tried to call this number several times re an undelivered item - no answer but charged £28! It’s a disgrace and this number should be blocked

Same happened to me, I needed to contact Hermes, Regarding a courier non pick up and failed to check number prior to calling. I realised immediately it was a scam and hung up but I was still charged £6. 58 for the privilege :(. How do people get away with this. Hope they rot somewhere not too pleasant.

Was desperate to track a parcel and called a number on their site for customer service 09011190900 (about 5 times Only a couple of mins a call ) Total charge from EE £34!!! Scam!! Maybe not delivering on time so you call premium number every time you inquire!!! Must be stopped!!!

Searched for Hermes and got this number, Charged £12. 00 for call, The parcel contents only cost £10. 00 and Hermes didnt leave parcel as noted on their tracker.

I searched for a contact number for MyHermes and got this number. I rang the number, Call duration was 59 seconds and was charged over £6 not happy

I called back and I was charged £7!!!

Saw lots of comments about it being linked to Hermes, This has to be the case as I did make a phone call to them but was not aware that there would be such a large price to pay, The worst part is I only had to call them as I payed for next day delivery and they decided to leave it. Most definitely don’t call this number as it’s left me very pissed off.

Been charged 28 pounds for the call's even though I didn't receive an actuall call scam! Block the number! Quite strange as called on the dates of my direct debit going through for my phone.
