As with previous writer, I called this number to resolve a BMW problem. Was hanging on for 7 minutes with no reply, then it cut me off. Perhaps just a well as I now discover this is a premium rate number and I've racked up charges from my mobile provider for 'extra charges'.

I have called BMW customer services twice to complain about a new motorcyle, complaint which they are investigating so when I got my phone bill and discovered it had cost £21. 09 to complain I was not very pleased.
Just got my phone bill and for the first time in like 20 years I had call charges outside my normal allowance - only to realise it was when I had to call BMW to complain about poor service and I still end up picking up extra costs!!! Not impressed
25 minute call to BMW breakdown recovery costing £14. 73
(for using their awful recovery service, following which they lost my car in their compounds for over a week!
No VIP treatment received in this service!
Call to BMW customer support cost me well over £10. 00 -- seeking the solution to a problem that in hindsight they already knew was not available for my car. However BMW customer service "happily' let my call rack up charges whilst the operator 'faffed about' and checked various possible solutions/information. Do not call unless you want to incur excessive call charges. Another BMW rip off
