Caution
I found this number online for unite union. I had something very important that I needed to discuss ASAP so when it told me I was in a queue & my cal would be answered shortly I stayed on the line for 2hrs then it cut me off. I never actually spoke to anyone so I didn't think I'd be charged. However I can see on my recent phone bill I've been charged £76. 00!!!! I'm outraged..... Is there anything I can do to get this money back?
