Seems like a scam. I don't think so many people would have experienced the same call exactly. The section or act they gave me after research is invalid. The excuse for seven years unpaid tax was totally false as I have a family account and he checked my account and stated stamped everything was upto date. I also took down the details of the officer badge and name and have reported them to HMRC.
