Caution
I tried to purchase a safety camera subscription from Garmin but was not able to due to outage. Within an hour or so I had a call from an asian person who claimed to work for tom tom and Garmin and wanted to know where i lived i told him I wasn't providing him with any information he swore and put the phone down. Cant understand how he appeared to know I had contacted Garmin earlier.

I was updating my Garmin edge receivedca call from this number, Told me my map license was out of date and asked me for £50 I said no and they immediately hung up. Scam

Told me that my licence for my Garmin Maps had run out even though I have lifetime map updates. Said there was no way I was going to pay anything and hung up and blocked the number.

Tried to update my Garman sat/Nav last night, To day got a call from the above number saying they were from Garman and wanted me to turn on my computer so they could enter it and install the update. When I replied no. They hung up.
