Tried to make an online purchase which was unusual. So did not go thru. Check my Santander app and a message popped up on that which is a legit and safe app informing me that they not stopped the transaction. Did I want to proceed with it Y, or not N and have a call the next day. I would check you Santander account to see if anything looks fishy. Call the Santander helpline yourself and explain the message and see it any transactions were tried from you acc in the last few days. But also
