Our Netflix account was hijacked so we are unable to watch. Then we receive an "Netflux" email with this telephone number. We phone this number, the person who answer our call ask us our bank card number and l become suspicious of this email. We froze the bank card immediately and change the password of the email. If you are unable to watch Netflix, use the Netflix web page to contact Netflix, DO NOT follow any instruction from email messages. Hope it helps.

This number was in an email I received which stated “your Netflix account is set up… if you need help call 0808 196 5391. The problems with this A) I’ve had a Netflix acct for years B) My acct is under my WIFE’S email address, So anything really from Netflix would go to my wife, NOT me. C) This is a British toll free number, However I am a US Netflix customer!
