Claimed to be from Flow Energy, About my account with them. They asked for some personal information, Which I refused, As they are the ones who need to confirm who they are. The guy got angry and requested me to contact customer service directly. As the other commenter, I pay my bills online on the website.
Flow Energy - I have an account with them and pay my bills via their website. However they have called me 4 times in one day last week, Asking me to pay over the phone to settle my bill. I pay within the 5 working days of receiving my energy statement via their website. I have ensured that my account is settled and I am still getting calls from them to ask for payment... Take from that what you will!
At this point it's harassment. I'm not even a customer of Flow Energy and I've blocked three separate numbers of theirs. I've told them I'm not who they're after and yet they still repeatedly call. Obnoxious company.
