This is a scam - Rogue Traders so be very aware. They nearly ripped my elderly mother off for £3, 000 but I stepped in and asked them to leave the property. They are trading as Cathedral Park Homes Limited - a bogus company with a bogus address in Birmingham, Who target the elderly, Making up fictitious work that they say needs to be done when it doesn't. The number plates on the van they used were fake. Do not deal with these people!
