This number 08001690310 calls me 6 times in one day I pick phone up no one talks I had to unplug my phone after the 6 times for two days now it has happen. Why would DWP do this?

I was waiting for 89 mins before I got someone during this time I had call waiting try to contact me 9 times but it just shows 2 or 62 as the number calling could this have been other agents trying to get through to me or is it a scam

Something needs to be done to improve this job centre call system, Absolute dredfull service.. Waited over 40min one day, 30min another just to get through to talk to someone. I Had to hang up in end so frustrating.. Good job this number is free I'd Dred to think of the costs..
