Very well spoken young Englishman said he was from RBS Fraud dept. Checking on a couple of transactions suspended by them and just wanted to verify them with me. When I asked him to wait a few seconds, he panicked and hung up.

Scammers claiming to protect u from Fraud sending you a text message stating Halifax fraud alert with the amount to confirm Y or N for the amount of the Transaction. When you reply back they then send you another message thanking you for confirming, Along with a call. Trying to convince you by confirming your details and your last transaction telling you your a victim of fraud. I started to get red alerts when they said I will receive a new account number and sort code to transfer all my savings
