These XXXXXX claimed to be Microsoft, They called me back from what appeared to be a genuine Microsoft number I don't know how they do that but I believed it was Microsoft and they have charge my card 3 times now - I cancelled my card and Microsoft said it's not them

This number pretend to be Kaspersky technical help. Do not trust them as they are online scammers just careful they try to make you allow them to access your PC and then tell you your computer is affected big time and to put it back asking for big amount of money.
