Obtained my number from facebook/Instagram. Asking about electricity supply for the clinic I work from- explained I did not own the clinic and he said he'd remove my number. I blocked the number anyway. 20 mins later I received the same call but this time they used an 020 number!

Down to GDPR they are not allowed to call. They ran me 4 times in one day, Said he was going to remove my number once I told him to do so and then ran back 3 hours later.

Asking about electricity providers. Got aggressive when I told him not to call me again as I didn't own the salon. Phoned me again and I hung up. He then called me from his mobile.
