Say they are from thee and ive missed payments Hung up and called 333 advised to block number

Called from this number It did not show as Three. They asked for date of birth. Refused and said I'd call Three direct. Three had not contacted me from this number. Three advised to Block the number. Scary thing is I had a text show up on my Three alerts as final balance is due. With number to call of 03333381031. Both scam

Say they’re Three but ask for personal details straight away and tried to claim I had an account with Three when I don’t

Apparently it’s 3 network. Calling from an 0800 number and asking for verification details. Feels off and doesn’t feel like 3 at all did not give them details

Genuine call from three, playing my final bill after cancelling my contract.

Calls every single day- Apparently Three Mobile debt collection? However the app says paid and I’ve been billed for months, so definitely no unpaid bills. BLOCK & DELETE.

Rang chasing payment for an early termination fee two months after I left Three to move to another provider

Repeatedly calls even after being told not to. Claims to be Three and asks for account details.

You answer the phone call and nothing response from the other side. I just told them if you're not going to say nothing I will just block the number. If they are are from Three my contract has expired on the 29 of December and on the 30th I've chosen that I will leave them. In January I check app and says I owen them £55 for what? F off you belends worst network provider ever!

They did seem believable, after giving then my details. They matched with the details of my three account

3 advisor confirmed I did pay my final bill with Three. Questions were direct and it did feel like a scam but apparently is not. They should work on their people skills because I was not sure at all

Asked for personal details straight off, refused to be specific as to the reason for calling, knew a family mobile number that used to be on a Three contract.

They have called me so many times for about 5 days straight. They pretend to be from Three and they are not. Please BLOCK them!

Said they were from 3 regarding an outstanding bill which I've already paid. DO NOT speak to these people. The man was very aggressive as well.

Saying from 3 about my account dont have one with them ringing day and night blocked number but still leave voice mails

Calls from this number persistently morning and evening every day for the last week or more. Caller asks for a name (unintelligible) and persists even when told they have a wrong number. Definitely dodgy.

Scammers! This is not Three. I have called Three customer service and they say the number 08000338015 has no connection with them!

My daughter had 30day sim only with 3, £9pm 2yrs ago. Hadn’t used for 6m. She gave 30 days notice has letter to show. I didn’t realise they still took dd £9pm (My bank!) When I did I cancelled dd. She told them they took 5payments since closed. They said someone will look into, Call back &sort refund. She gave my No to speak to for refund. No callback. She chased 3 more times-still nothing. Next mth she gets a letter from 3 for outstanding bill+charges as dd failed! 3mths of letters &calls, Told

Pretending to be from 3 mobile

Caller with Asian accent said he was calling with a query froM Three. He asked for security details. Sensed it was a scam and put phone down. I closed down my Three account several months ago. Reading comments from others it would appear that the caller is trying to claim money is owed to Three and requesting that this is paid over the phone.

They claim to be from the three network but I checked with three on their web chat and they say they do no own that number. It's a scam.

Claims to be the phone network "3" and states you have an overdue balance which needs to be paid. Robot voice, Not a real human.

I got a call from this number asking for my postcode and Date of birth I searched the number during call and read this and declined their demand.

I spoke to Three and they’ve said it’s not one of their numbers although the person on the other end of the number is claiming to be three.

Some how new about how much my bill was them instantly asked if I could pay but wouldn't help me resolve my bill enquiries then rang back 10 minutes later asking see if I could pay off my credit card

Repeated calls... 4 in last two days

Had multiple calls from this number today when i call back it goes through to 3. Asked me to type in my number then goes to payment option. Im not with 3 nor are any of my family. Scam

Scam call claiming to be from Three Mobile. First rang on 21 Feb and ten times since (so far 8 days in a row). Same voicemail left each time. I've read that Three confirm it's not them. How can I register my complaint about this number? I'm registered with TPS. Any ideas would be gratefully regards. Thanks.

They've been calling me since last week but finally speak to them. They said, They need to revalidate my account and i should give them my DOB and home address. I immediately declined.

Left a voicemail saying this was from THREE and asking me to call back as there was an issue with my account. I have never had a THREE account, My phone is locked to EE and I am on PAYG. I didn't bother to call them back.

I straight away contacted three on the live chat system and the person i spoke to confirmed that no one had tried to contact me from three and the number they asked me to call them back on was for an Insurance Brokers in Nottingham.

Had a missed call from this number saying there was a problem with my account and to contact Three. Spoke to Three via live chat and they confirmed the number I was called from is not one of theirs.

This is 3, Bill recovery. Not fraudulent.

Had a call from them today asking for my bank details and address for a inpaid bill with Three. Told them I only had enough money for a bit of food and they just got nasty with me telling me that if I had money for food, I had money to pay them and when I told them that I thought living and not starving was more important they just hung up.

THIS IS NOT A SCAM. IT IS THREE CUSTOMER SERVICES CHECKING WHY I HAVE NOT PAID MY BILL.

Had few calls from this number didnt pick up. Again had a call today was told they ftom 3 network talking about my outstanding bill they knew how much i got to pay. Was asked to pay 9 pounds so my phone will be unblocked didnt pay anything. Is this a fraud?
