Stop spam calls

Called santander first. They confirmed its legit. Owed a refund. Processes over phone

I called my bank on the number I always do as I thought this was a scam. The letter looked very official and was quite scary. My bank confirmed this is a refund from a credit card I had in 2007 and gave me a number which matches that on the letter. Please do your research first though in case these letters have been hacked.

Yes i have also received a letter from bank with this no saying im due refund when i never had an account with this bank in first place so its a scam!
