Seems a bit dodgy to me. Talking about a loan with a lender that I can not recall and telling me he’s got £4K for me! PPI scam. Said his name was “Andrew Williams” with a deep Asian accent and when I laughed and asked where Andy was from he said he is from London! He’s not he’s from south east asia!
