Pretending to be Scottish Power. This has been going on from 17/01/2020. The claim I have an outstanding balance to pay, but when asked what address it applies to they say they cannot tell me because of consumer protection. Each call or text quotes a different sum, ranging from £27. 95 to £104. 40.

Number has been calling/texting multiple times a day. Text says it's from 'SCOT POWER' I do not have a Scottish Power account. I have 'blocked the number, However it doesn't stop them attempting to contact me; each attempt at contact by them means I get an answer phone message which is really annoying as it is draining the charge of my phone, And means I have to spend ages trying to get all the messages deleted. How do I stop them even connecting to my number??? Please help!
