Returned call from employee of EE. Genuine as the gentleman had dpokrn to me earlier.

Direct call back from the EE home broadband customer service agent I had been talking to earlier in the day.

They said my mobile phone bill had been flagged up as higher than average. I looked online later, And the increase was 30 pence; so it felt it seemed like a scam.

EE, Following up a complaint I made. I was driving (hands free phone) but asked them to call back when I get home.
