It says it cant process my payment for O2 Not even with o2

Claimed to be O2, Telling me that my payment had failed & that I needed to update my payment information - they also provided a suspicious URL in the message to click. I'm not an O2 customer, But checked my bank anyway & saw that my actual phone provider had taken the money no problem, So this is a scam.
