Paid 100 pounds deposit for a flat when i was desperate to find a place and risked paying a deposit. John gave his bank details but was a waste of time. Reported to fraud office.

Scammed out of £1300. Or a property in Plymouth thst doesnt exist. He doesnt give full address, He promises tenancy agreement but sends nothing. DONT FALL FOR HIS LIES!!! He sounds very nice and genuine on the phone but keeps pushing things back. The only proof we got was his landlord ID on DPS and thats it which anyone can do. Doesnt send proof of anything. Reported to action fraud and bank.

Still scamming people. With fake properties and little sob stories as to why his number comes up as scam. Bank account he's used has been closed and under investigation so anyone whose falling for this needs to type in sort code to account used on Google and call the bank that comes up to prevent useless people like him having an account to scam people. This person needs to be took of the renting sites. Reports need to keep being made for action to proceed.

Tried scamming me out of money for a flat in hampshire. Luckily I didn't hand any money over, But how many other people also contacted and handed money over. Reported to police and action fraud. Let's get this scammer caught.

Scammed us out is 450 for a property in Tamworth. Didn't exist. Kept delaying us with details then found out there was no flat. How he keeps getting away with it I don't know. He has an account on sphock if you put the number in.

Scammed me out of £830. Advertised an apartment in Nottingham City Centre. Kept moving the goalposts of what money they needed when and coming up with elaborate stories up mixing up information. Posed as a couple, Where one had to sort out the other's 'mistake' in regards to arranging payment.

Beware this number is used as a scam for property rentals. Male claiming to be XXXXX XXXX from Leicester offers property with pics for short let only requesting small deposit which he offers to repay. Once money paid multiple excuses given, No keys and no further contact. Beware. Mobile number reported to Action Fraud and banks
