Spams multiple times in the span of a few hours pretending that it’s Uber

You can’t block the text as there isn’t a number on it but, if you save 07903 561836 in your phone, you can block that. I’m not sure if that stops the messages yet as I’ve only just done it. I’ve also reported it to 02 to see if they can help stop them. I have been receiving them most days for weeks, including 3am in the morning.

Pretending to be uber, have been sending me texts for like 3 weeks in a row with codes. I have contacted uber and they’ve said they have not sent me any codes. Definitely a scam. Also i cant block the texts so thats just great!!! DO NOT TEXT THE NUMBER.

Last phone bill was £45 more than it should have been due to replying to “Uber” phone company wouldn’t refund and it’s not a police matter!? So how do we stop this XXXXX? It simply says Uber as the number and no sign of an actual number to block. When blocking phone numbers you can type in letters so that doesn’t work! Don't really to that number they provide in the text message. It's a premium rate number and the money that you will be charged goes to the fraudster.

Blocked number and reported to Google. My pixel phone is usually good at blocking spam this one slipped through the net. It's been sending me Uber codes for months I contacted Uber they got me to change my password and I still kept getting the same message. Got the spam text today checked and I don't even have Uber installed anymore. So I blocked the Uber text I got and hopefully that will end that annoying number.

Uber code scam, Block number and don’t reply

I keep getting texts that give me an uber code and say text the number to unsubscribe

Received text messages from saying it is from Uber with a code and a message that says “Reply Stop to +44 7903 561836 to unsubscribe”. I have the Uber app installed but I never use it and definitely have not used it when receiving these messages.

Been receiving the STOP text from this for days, I woke up to find I had been sent it 9 times within the space of 20 mins! Also doesn't give me an option to block the direct number. Do not reply!

Get daily messages same as others already reported. Sometimes 3 or 4 in a row. No way of telling what the sender's number is at it just says Uber. I've blocked the number it asks you to ring.

This number is trying to get me to send codes back to them pretending they are Uber. I have never used Uber in my life. Don’t know how they got my number

Multiple Uber codes received from this number when I don't even use Uber. No doubt replying would cost me a small fortune so I've now blocked it. The mobile networks seriously need get together and disable numbers that are obviously being used for scams. Shame on them for not stepping up to the mark!

Uber scam. Do not reply, Just block number, And delete.

Replying STOP to the number will result in high charges for sending a message, As well as notifying the scammer that your phone number is active where it could be sold to other spam/scam companies. Report and delete

UBER Dangerous don’t open a UBER account you will get lots of scammers using your UBER account information.
