Stop spam calls

Just received call from this number government funding for Windows because they were over 10 years old is this correct? Answer and if they are? You could be entitled to money, It was open for another 2 years and I said well if that’s the case I’ll maybe think about it in 2 years time. Started to get stroopy, So I listened and then said I’m not interested... Goodbye and hung up. Total waste of time... When are they going to get the message if you want this then you’ll phone them!!
