Received text from this number then. One from tescobank saying I would get another text from This number and it was Tesco bank. Referred to a transaction that they thought was not right from Amazon I rang Tesco fraud number but it didn’t feel right when he starting asking me for my credit card number etc. I said I would check with Amazon as to what had gone on. If it’s kosher then it still feels fraudulent - why would a bank send a message from a text number? Just awful

Received a text from TESCO saying I'd get a text on this number. Called Tesco directly as I'm wary of fraud, And was informed it was indeed from the fraud team. If you don't recognise the transaction they will call you back.... But in case this number gets spoofed I personally would call Tesco number on the back of your card.
