Send a text for someonecwith a different name and debt I don't have

Sent unsolicited text. Could be scam if you don't have debt

I had a debt sold to these and cleared many years ago. Received a text asked them to call me back. Ended up they owed me money received a cheque and cashed it.

Received 4 texts in 2 months from “capquest” saying my payment has not been received, looked in to it and it’s a debt collection company I don’t know of or have any debt with! It’s a bought debt company too for mobile phone debt or old bank debt that’s exceeded the statue bared status, seems like a con to me! Didn’t reply and blocked!

Vague message claiming to be from capquest about account needing attention. What account, Where did they get number from. Looks like a scam. Reported.

Scam caller/SMS saying it is Capquest (Itself a dodgy company!) and want to talk to me about my debt (what debt?). Either harvesting 'live' phone numbers or looking for somebody to hoodwink out of money.

Be careful these are not real they are scamming company called Capquest

I had these scam Capquest texts on and off for several years, Has been quiet for ages now they are using this number to get through and want "Sumon" again, Which is not my name. Block them, Total evil scam.

Had a text. Supposedly Capquest. Saying they needed my postcode, Date of birth etc to continue their enquiry. I googled the company and rang them. They had no information on me. I gave the guy the number i was text from and he said it was NOTHING to do with them and that the number was on a scam list.. Number blocked. People beware!!!

Supposed to be carpetquest texting about an issue and want to resolve it.

A text wanting Connie. We do not know either Connie or Capquest suspect scammers.

Being messages by Capquest for someone called Jacob. I am not Jacob and I have never heard of Capquest. Make sure you block this number if this is happening to you.

Text messages for someone called “Gareth” from Capquest. My name is not Gareth nor do I have an account.

Debt collect scam?? Text addressed to someone else!

Called me the wrong name and asked for my last name, Postcode, And date of birth. DO NOT GIVE IT TO THEM, This a recipe for identity theft.

Two text messages in two weeks addressed to Suzan from Capquest, Asking to understand my situation. I don't have an account and my name isn't Suzan.

Random text addressed to “Nina” saying it was a text to discuss my account with Capquest. I have know idea who they are, My name isn’t Nina and I certainty don’t have an account.
