Caution
This is a scammer pretending to be from your bank. I deleted it and blocked the calls... Coming from an 0808 number. They want to steal your money. Santander post how to spot this sort of thing in their FAQ page on fraud. Never respond to these things as they your bank won't ask you to do this. Always call the genuine customer service number from your bank which you can find on your paperwork or their website.

Caution
They knew I’d transferred money recently and text asking about it. I replied ‘Y’ to confirm it was my payment and it cost me £9 on my end of month bill. God forbid I actually called the number they had stated in the text....

Caution
This number sent text messages stating they were Santander saying your account has been scammed. However this was actually the scammers. £7, 900 was taken from the account / transferred to another bank. Scary was that Santander didnt know it was fraud.
