Free spam call blocker

I got scammed by this guy a few years ago, and still he cold calls me every year. If you want your carpets cleaned, don't use him. He kept adding to the work then tried to extract an eye-watering bill after we had already agreed a price. He wanted to XXXXX me to the nearest ATM!!! Oh, then he tells you at the end that he is VAT registered so that goes on top of his verbal quoted price.
