These are scammers. The guy on the call said that he received a document stating that i have some outstanding debts and these guys can get it written off. When I asked for the document, First he said it is from the government then he said it is from another organisation. Please don't fall these as they will give you stories for Nation Debt Service a scheme launched by government of UK or IVA.... These are all located via Manchester.... XXXX Scammers
