Doesn't identify the sender nor the receiver. Sends appointment date and option to cancel. But no information where appointment is. All this out of the blue, without anyone having given me an appointment first. this looks like one of the typical NHS 'improvements' [lol], in the belief that anything can be done via the internet or gadgets, and forcing patients to adapt to them, never mind whether they are physically, mentally or financially able to. The NHS ['service'] - what a laugh!
