Rang after an envelope addressed to someone else was put through the letterbox. Mr Nicholls was extremely aggressive, despite being told the resident of the property had never heard of the person named on the envelope and that the resident was a vulnerable adult. Mr Nicholls wrongly claimed the resident had committed a criminal offence by opening the envelope put through their letterbox (incorrect, as it was delivered by hand, not by Royal Mail), shouted at the caller, then put the phone down.
