See who's calling

Claiming to be Genmar company dealing with maintenance of solar panels and systems. This company somehow picked up our details from the collapse of myplannet ( liquidated solar panel installers). They claim that they are now have the warranty liability for the panels / system and want to do a site visit. (Jury still out as I have not had a visit from them yet) They are persistent though

'Travis from Genmar, Your local renewable centre' - when I asked, He told me they were based in Colchester, So hardly local! He wanted to send a surveyor round to check my loft insulation and, When I asked for their contact details, Gave me his personal phone number (not the same as the calling one) and the office number for Green Consulting South, Who would give me full details. When I mentioned the TPS he asked what that stood for and then said 'this call is not a cold call, Just a courtesy
