Is it really from Santander, As claimed? When they give you a different number through which they will contact you and on which you can then enter a code they have just given you in order to proceed? For me, It is too worrying in either case. I did not respond as scammers use more and more sophisticated and/or complicated methods to dupe customers. Used with +44 prefix so minus the initial 0
