Phoned house twice. On second occassion pressed option one as directed, But ended up with a 'dead' line tone. What will they do with my number now?

Rang twice with in two hours on 2nd feb 2018 saying they are the inland revenue

Obviously a scam pretending to be the tax office

Recorded message said it was HMRC and to phone them back. I did not.

Very frightening, I was told there was a court injunction against me and to press one to speak to a police officer

Recorded message saying the was an issue with my PAYE tax code and to call a tax officer from the 'Queens Inland Revenue Service'

When call answered robot message said it was a message from HMRC to say HMRC are foiling a law suit against the callee

This number called me with an automated message informing me that HMRC were filing a law suit against me and to speak to one of their advisors to dial 1.

Pretending to be HMRC filing a law suit against us. Blocked

Say they are from tax office and they are taking you to court

Said HMRC was taking a case against me, And to press 1 to speak to my case officer! Total scam.

Recorded message claims to be HMRC, Who are "trying to contact you" and have "taken out a lawsuit against you." Please press 1 to connect to your case officer. Didn't, Of course
