Said they were PPI claimants. Asked enough questions to build a fake online profile. Husband asked them to send a confirmation email from the company email, They put him on hold then hung up after a few minutes. Supposedly the company is called Hall and Hanley

Call then hang up. On call back you get an automated voice stating 'your call is very important to us, Please stay on the line for the next available agent' then hold music. No-one answers.
