Automated silence then goodbye. Had rang previously claiming I have thousands of PPI owed, Asked me to confirm address which was a previous address, When I asked questions he ended the call

Heavy foreign accent, Indian or similar. Had my address and number so must have got it from a list somewhere, Gave me a case number and said I had a sizeable PPI cheque waiting. Asked me to confirm date of birth, When I refused hung up.

Just rang me 19th feb 18. 50pm never answered just said goodbye. Phone they rand is emergency only as my Husband has terminal Cancer and uses this in case anything happens not impressed WHY DON'T THEY LEAVE PEOPLE ALONE.

I have blocked this number. It was for Claims Advisory service about PPI. I explained I didn't need them and asked them to remove me from the list. I was interrupted and told repeatedly by the male caller to shut up. Over and over again. But having seen the comments below it could have been a lot worse!

They've been calling me and just hanging up after a brief silence.

Had my phone calls from this phone number today total scam trying to get my details from me by saying they’re from PPI. I started asking me where my date of birth was and I asked why they need it so I hung up.

Knew my name and part of my address, Tried to get my DOB and other details. Said they were from FCA as all PPI are now closed and so the government is actioning payment. When I refused to provide personal details over the phone (which he said were needed for DP reasons) he hung up

Lady called with a heavy accent, Asked for me by name, Said she was from PPI Claims Advisory & I had £3285 PPI, Gave me a reference number and said she would call me back today. All sounded very plausible as I had just put in a ppi claim!

Asked for a woman, I mentioned again (as this is the second or third time receiving this call) this was not her number. They then proceeded to hang up. Caller had strong Indian accent and was male. I have now blocked this number

Scammers - block the number and save yourself the hassle.

Block - couldn't tell what the guy was saying, Asked him to call back later, He said he couldn't as he was going to die.

The hideous man on the other end of the phone refused to take me off their database, Said he was going to call me everyday an make my life a misery. When I suggested I would find out where he worked, He replied XXXX. Vile people.

Was told I would receive a cheque for over £4000 but when I put their No into Google I seen that it was a scam!! On confronting the caller with my findings I was told to F*** Off before he put the phone down I can't believe people still get away with stuff like this!! They need shutting down!!!

SCAMMERS. She called with Indian accent informing I had £4, 00. 00 gave me a reference number and a courier could drop off my cheque. She asked for my name and address which she already had. She them proceeded to ask for my date of birth I said you should have it she then hung up.

Thick Indian accent, Told me I had PPI claim of £4000 ready to be sent by check to my front door. I questioned which account it was from and they couldn't tell be, Just that they were authorised by the FCA and were the Claims Advisory Board. Hung-up when I suggested what he was doing was dishonest and unfair.

Called and asks for unknown person. I told him he got the wrong number, Then he begins to swear and curse on the phone

Just got a phone call from this number ‭+44 7480 048377‬ Asked for me by name. I asked who was talking and was told something about my claim, I nicely asked for my number to removed as I have no claims no ppi no car crashes then was told 20+ times to xxxx off by the man on the phone!!

Told me I had a PPI for 3, 446. 26 then told me I couldn’t get it unless I took out a life insurance policy but wanted to be my friend and asked me if they asked If I was taking it out due to PPI reasons then I would they wouldn’t give it to me. I got transferred asked the guy what company he was from and he cut the phone 😂😂

Said they were from claims investigation bureau hung up when I questioned them about what this was to do with

Received call from this number purporting to be from Claims Advisory Grp telling me I had had a PPI claim accepted by Lloyds Bank and I would be receiving a cheque for £3, 175. 36. Sounded plausible as I have banked with Lloyds, Thing that gave it away was the fact that the caller was so not talking 'English' and naff call centre backing noises. Got to give it to them he even gave me a ref: no.

Claim that I had a cheque for £4, 000 for miss sold PPI. I put the phone down. Busy call centre. Indian colleague. Awkward broken English. Scam.

3-second delay then spoke with a man in a busy call centre who didn't want to help me because I was not the person he wanted to speak to.

Claims Call - said I wasn’t interested and to remove my number, Guy proceeded to tell me to xxxx Off!
