Tried to get personal banking info claiming to be a company that refunds money to do with unwanted services from my bank. Wanted my sort code then when I asked for info through the post before I would be prepared to give any info like that, The man abruptly said your not the right person that I’m after and hung up! Bare in mind he new my name and asked for my D. O. B then got agitated when I wasn’t playing to his tune!

So unbelievably rude. Asked for my dad and when I asked who was calling the man told me it was non of my business. I asked who they are again they shouted ‘and who the hell are you’. Ended up in a shouting match between me and the man then they hung up.

He started taking about debt and when I asked him why he hadn’t confirmed who I was he called me a f****** xxxxxxx! And proceeded to shout abuse at me for 2 minutes and was surprised when I then didn’t want his help!

I have been harassed by this number 4 times today!! And for months now, Claiming that my PPI Claim has been successfully processed. Except I didn't have one!! When asked to confirm information and he asked me certain questions.... I replied that's non of your business or relevant. When this arrogant, Rude little boy calls u stupid and puts down the phone on me!! It's a scam, Don't fall for it or give out any personal information. Block the Number!!
