Free spam call blocker

This number rings me every evening between 5 and 6 when I am normally cooking. They call me on the house phone although I belong to the preference service. If I answer there is nobody there. They are a complete nuisance how can they be blocked?

So I thought I would ring back and tell them they are a pain in the bottom. But lo and behold the number is not recognised when you try that... How can these people be stopped, And who will do it?

Many, Many silent calls for this number, Sometimes several times a day. Never leaves a message on ansaphone.

Rang 5 times in 48 hrs. Never answered it.

Hang up everytime I answer. Infuriating..

Nuisance caller. Recorded message about fund for windows. Have tried pressing 9 to be removed from their list, But still get calls several times a day. Is there any way of identifying the company responsible for this so they can be reported?

Called yesterday, An automated call about government green scheme, Select 2 for no thanks or 5 if interested. Today I get a ‘call back’ from an unknown number as I’d requested it! They wouldn’t or couldn’t tell me where they had got my number from, I asked if they could find out and was told ‘no as it’s a busy office’ my response was ‘I’m running a business and done need these calls’ their response was ‘well go and run your business then’ and hung up! Livid!!

I have had many calls from this organisation, Advising me there is a fund available for anyone wanting to upgrade their windows.' If I want to opt out, Press 9". I've pressed 9 on countless occasions, But they just keep coming back. If you hang on the line to talk to someone, It just goes dead. If you try calling the number it says 'You have dialled an incorrect number'.

Rings my landline regularly. Always a pause so I put the phone down before making contact with anyone. A real pain. Glad to get input from others. This is a brilliant facility.

Keep calling, Even after we have spoken with them several times. At least 2 calls per day... At the start it was for windows, Now for boilers and we're in a council property and have told them so.????

I picked up on our house phone ringing and no one answered from this number. I have had two such calls today in spite of having Call Blocker in place. I believe the Government were introducing severe penalties for such call(ers). I know the Government has a lot on it's plate right now but as pensioners this behaviour can be construed as best intrusive at worst harassment.

They are calling every day.. I am very fed up with these nuisance calls!

Most likely Green Deal Funding using a different number. Reported them to the ICO I don't know how many times. Could tell who it is because it's the same recorded message. Try to punt you new windows or boiler etc

Recorded message advertising replacement windows but specifically mentioning privately-funded money available so implying financial assistance with installation. SCAM?
