Said it was barclays and I'd had money taken from my account after that call I did even told me the phone I was on

Said it was NatWest to inform me that I’d had Sportsdirect fraudulently try taking money out of my account in Aberdeen. I hung up rung NatWest to be told this is not true. Hang up if they ring you!!

This number was on a suspicious email that came from fastapplications. Natwest. I had recently applied for a credit card from Natwest who are also my main bank. The email was headed " Your NatWest credit card agreement is ready to be signed", On clicking the link on the email I was taken to a webpage that asked me for my date of birth email address and last 4 didgits of my bank account. NATWEST's frequently tell me by email that they will never ask for personal information by email.
