A guy called saying my account had had recent suspicious activity and that I was at high risk of having been targeted by a phishing scam.
He was able to tell me my name, postcode, and the last three digits of my long card number, which was enough to stop me hanging up immediately. I asked him to prove he represented NatWest as I thought NatWest never called directly regarding a potential scam.
