We have a letter from "HSBC" looking pretty legit but it details fictitious spending on a credit card we don't have. Requests a giro payment or to call that number, which we won't be doing.
These fraudsters are using the HSBC number and trying to get access to your account. Hang up and phone the bank (on a different line if using a landline)
