We have a letter from "HSBC" looking pretty legit but it details fictitious spending on a credit card we don't have. Requests a giro payment or to call that number, which we won't be doing.

HSBC Scam call, sent me a text asking if I had bought Nike trainers for 212 pounds, respond N or Y they then rang. Googled number, they are fishing for internet banking details
