Bloke claiming to be from Barclays fraud team, but couldn't even confirm what the "fraudulent" activity was, despite me asking him several time. Put the phone down and rang it back but it was an unrecognised number. Blocked so they can't call again. Do NOT answer or entertain calls from this number.

Pretending to be barclays fraud, hung up when i said the phone was dodgy

Some guy who knew quite a few of my personal details claiming to be from Natwest Fraud dept - I called Natwest and they had no record of any outbound calls to me so I am sue it was a scam number. They also sent text messages to me using a genuine Natwest number to try to get me to set up Google Pay, which is presumably how they were intending to take my money.

Tried to scam me into providing details of my bank account. Quite sophisticated. It came through at the same time as an official notification from my bank

Threatens my address and household, has my bank details can not belive he hasn’t been delt with. Phoned up after scamming me telling me how he spent my money

A guys phones up pretending to be from Barclays. Had my name and had last two numbers from Account number. Said my card has been used to open a direct debit in Liverpool from Vodafone. Did not take through security. When challenged him he hung up.

Got a call about 8. 40 pm this evening from a man saying he was from the Fraud Dept of TSB. Asked me if I'd made a payment to a person, I said No and he hung up immediately.

A guy tried to scam my bank account.

A guy called me from this number claiming to be from Barclays Bank. He told me there was fraudulent activity on my account. He asked me to access my internet banking to give him a code and he sent a code back that said from Barclays! He knew my name. Was VERY convincing. Luckily I called Barclays Bank back and they confirmed it was a scam and that he already had access to my online banking. I had to cancel cards, Passwords etc.... Absolute XXXXX bag!!!

They try to scam my bank account saying somebody access your account and they make direct debit to somebody’s account in this place and ask you to open new account immediately for that they ask you to card number or transfer all money to new account which they say it’s your new account
