Said it was First Direct Fraud department. He started asking me questions but i said it didn’t feel right as there was no security check. He said for me to check the number is right he was calling from and confirmed my some information. And first 4 digits of my card (which is the same for all account users) when I told him I was ending the call and would call my bank he told me to ‘f*** off you stupid women’ These people can sound genuine, always hang up and call your bank yourself
