CautionSCAM AVOID
Claimed to be HSBC Fraud Department trying to help me cancel a payment by somebody else stealing my card (Card wasn't stolen). Was calling from HSBC number (can be spoofed/faked) and was trying to make me approve a purchase over text by repeating a 6 digit pin code over the phone to them.
Do not fall for their tricks.

OtherI called my hsbc bank after I missed a call from this number. I was suspicious as there was no message left and they started asking my details when I rung it back. It is definitely legitimate. This had come from the fraud department which hadn’t yet logged the outgoing call to me so it was at first undetectable by the hsbc agent.
