Got a call from this number claiming my bank account had been compromised. He was very convincing and told me that my card had been stopped and a new one would sent out in few days. He then asked me to open up my banking app and click on "Generate security code" and give him the code. I refused to do this and told them I would contact HSBC through a known number. He hung up. I contacted HSBC and it was definitely a fraud. They will never ask you to generate a code in a phone conversatio
