Very convincing scam and had all my details - clearly they had cloned the TSB number as well as my card and needed me to approve transactions- with the line that the money had gone and that I had to approve the transaction in order to get the money back.

This is an automated number from TSB that I was asked to call for an online transaction I didn't make. They asked me security questions to key-in and I was expecting a call back. As this didn't take place all day, I called TSB fraud team only to confirm that this was a genuine process and my card needed to be cancelled and replaced.
